1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SA Site Services Ltd website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Company Information

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website or by our team are estimates based on the information you supply. A final, binding quote will be issued after a site assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to revise quotes if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions arise on site.

4. Services

We agree to provide site maintenance, grounds care, and project support services with reasonable care and skill. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project will be detailed in a written agreement or work order. Any variations to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing and may affect the price and timeline.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. A deposit may be required before work commences; this will be stated in your quote.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a booking by giving written notice. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled work date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted price may apply to cover mobilised resources and scheduling costs. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within this period.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the site.
  • Disclose any known hazards, including asbestos, electrical, or structural issues.
  • Provide accurate information for quoting and planning purposes.
  • Obtain any necessary permissions or consents for works to proceed.

8. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the cost of the works performed, or the limit of our insurance cover, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from inaccurate information or pre-existing site conditions not disclosed to us.
